Time & Materials
We understand that projects do not always require a dedicated full time resource.
We thought it might be attractive to have access to a resource based on a 'Time & Materials' basis.
- Cost Efficiency
You can run your project according to a forecasted schedule and project management resources to be aligned to that plan. The costs are therefore constraint to that schedule without the costs of funding 'float' time.
- Access to a Ready Resource
Should the course of the project alter, you can adjust your requirement accordingly. Scale your requirement up or down.
- Rapid Engagement
Should you require a resource for another project or to extend the scope to cover for another project manager, you can do. You won;t need to initiate a lengthy and costly process to recruit a new contract resource.
We understand that there are challenges to this type of project resource fulfilment.
- Time Recording and Tracking
It is our responsibility to validate the time that we have spent on a daily basis.
- Efficiency
It may be within our interests to take longer to complete tasks than they might take. We expect to work to forecasted times for allocated work packages and would expect to keep you informed on our progress, particularly if there is any risk to there being an expectation of excess time being required.
- Continuance of dedicated resource
We understand the importance of maintaining consistency where resources are assigned in this manner. We make a formal booking with our resource to ensure that they are available for the attendance pattern and duration of each work package assigned to us.
